• This program is not valid for transactions originating from banking transactions, including but not limited to bill payments via ATM/bank (telephone, electricity, mobile phones, etc.), foreign exchange transactions, concert ticket purchases, travel card purchases/payments, event/exhibition ticket purchases, phone credit voucher purchases, purchases/payments using shopping vouchers, purchases/payments of gift cards/membership cards/customer cards/loyalty cards issued by tenants/brands (both permanent and temporary stores), including top-up or balance/point reloading of such cards, transactions during exhibitions, and payments using insurance.
• ASRI LIVING Members participating in the program cannot be represented by others for any reason.
• ASRI Living Management reserves the right to take the shopping receipt & sales draft that were exchanged to participate in the program.
• Prizes/E-Vouchers/Vouchers/tickets that have been obtained and are lost/torn/damaged/expired cannot be returned/cashed/exchanged for other prizes for any reason.
• Prizes/E-Vouchers/Vouchers/tickets that have been obtained cannot be returned/cashed/exchanged for other prizes.
• ASRI Living Management has full authority to determine the type of prize to be issued based on availability.
• ASRI Living Management reserves the right to refuse member participation if there is any fraud in participating in the program.
• ASRI Living Management is not responsible for the loss or damage of vouchers/items/prizes that have been received by the member.
